If you make use of our Optional Managed Services package, we will be keeping constant track of your VPS and all the services running on it. In this way you will have more time for your sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest procedure in the world. You will either have to use some other server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively make use of a third–party tool. Our company offers a much simpler and easier option with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll create a full backup copy of your VPS server every week, so you never have to be scared of losing essential information. And we can retrieve a backup very fast. All backups we make are kept on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are more difficult to run and might require some extra configuration from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services package can come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you can literally employ one of our expert server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any kind of software application that you want. And/or have him solve an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an extra feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
